Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SnapBack ("the Application"), a desktop backup and restore tool for QuickBooks Online, developed by Jiajie Financial Solutions Ltd. ("we," "our," or "us"). By installing or using SnapBack, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SnapBack in accordance with these Terms and the plan you subscribe to (Free, Personal, Pro, or Firm).

2. Plans and Payments

• Free Plan: Basic backup and restore for one company at no cost.
• Paid Plans: Personal, Pro, and Firm plans are billed monthly or annually through Gumroad (our payment processor). Prices are in USD.
• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time before the next billing period.
• Refunds: Downgrades and plan changes are non-refundable. For a full refund, contact us within 7 days of billing.

3. Your Data

• SnapBack accesses your QuickBooks Online data via Intuit's OAuth 2.0 API, only when you initiate backup or restore operations.
• All backup files are stored locally on your computer or a cloud drive of your choosing. We do not store your QBO data on our servers.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your local backup files and encryption keys.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of SnapBack.
• Share, resell, or sublicense your license key.
• Use SnapBack for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Intuit's terms of service.

5. Disclaimers

SnapBack is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that SnapBack will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of SnapBack. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for SnapBack in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to SnapBack if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license is revoked and you must cease using the Application.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SnapBack after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
